These price signals reflect the real-time needs of each energy community and are read directly by:

  • HEMS & other smart devices

What does this mean in practice?

  • Organized by Topic: The homepage now groups content into clear thematic areas, so you can quickly locate what you need without scrolling through long lists.
  • Quick Access to Key Actions: Under “Need to submit a support request?”, you’ll find direct links to submit requests, report bugs, or suggest features – immediately visible and easy to use.
  • Streamlined Knowledge Base: Categories like Backoffice, Daily Operations, and Troubleshooting let you jump straight to the right resources.
  • Recently Used Forms: At the bottom of the page, a new section shows your most frequently used request forms – perfect for recurring issues without extra searching.

3. exnatonBACKOFFICE Improvements: Your Tools, Now Easier to Reach

Managing users, rate plans, or billing should be quick and seamless. Our latest update to exnatonBACKOFFICE improves navigation and gives product teams faster access to key resources.

You’ll now find direct links to:

  • Developer API Docs: (Restricted) For deeper technical integration.
  • Help Desk: Jump straight to support whenever you need it.
